The house is five miles from East Grinstead and Forest Row, ten minutes drive to the M23 (junction 10 or 10a) and Crawley. Nearby railway stations at Three Bridges, East Grinstead and Gatwick Airport provide direct access to London Victoria. The south coast and Brighton is within easy reach. It is equal distance to London and Brighton.
The house is connected to the electric and water mains and telephone with two independant lines. There is an oil-fired central heating system with radiators in all rooms. The oil tank is located in the back garden. All windows except one are double glazed. There is at least one radiator in each room as well as double-socket electrical outlets.
